Riverbend Signworks is seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager / Account Specialist / Inside Sales Coordinator, with specific experience or a keen interest in the signage industry. This role involves overseeing a diverse range of signs and graphics projects from initiation to completion, including project management, client relations, sales, and account management. The ideal candidate will be an assertive self-starter capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Plan, execute and oversee signage projects ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Participate in daily production and scheduling meetings.
  • Perform site surveys, including taking photographs and documenting requirements.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and manage outsourced production processes.
  • Schedule and arrange installations with clients.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project specifications.
  • Assist the team with assembly, installation, and overall project coordination.

Signage Specific Duties:

  • Understand and plan different types of signs (e.g., interior signs, channel letters, monument signs, LED displays, vehicle wraps, etc)
  • Knowledge of various sign materials and production techniques (e.g., vinyl cutting, digital printing, CNC routing).
  • Coordinate with fabricators and installers to ensure quality and accuracy in sign production.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and new technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Estimating:

  • Prepare detailed orders for estimation and production, including setting due dates.
  • Estimate job costs, including materials, labor, and installation, to determine selling prices.
  • Work with preferred vendors to procure necessary parts and materials, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality.

Sales and Service:

  • Engage in sales and service activities for both new and existing customers.
  • Prepare and submit detailed written proposals to clients.
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders by understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
  • Assist walk-in customers with their signage needs, providing expert advice and solutions.

Account Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contact clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Follow up with customers post-project completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

General:

  • Promote the company’s goals and mission through exceptional service and high-quality products.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management and/or sales/service roles, preferably in the signage industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with signage production processes and materials is a plus.
